急性･慢性心不全診療ガイドライン（2017年改訂版） Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute and Chronic Heart Failure （JCS 2017/JHFS 2017） 心不全の定義、分類、診断、治療に関する最新の情報を提供するガイドラインです。日本循環器学会と日本心不全学会が合同で作成し、2017年改訂版で2018年に発行されました。 本ガイドライン発行後のあらたな知見をまとめたフォーカスアップデート版が発行されているので，併せて参照のこと フォーカスアップデート版 急性・慢性心不全診療（ 2021年3月26日発行） 先日の日本循環器学会総会中に発表された「2021年 JCS/JHFS ガイドラインフォーカスアップデート版 急性・慢性心不全診療」では，LVEFによる心不全の分類が追加されました． 「はぁ～，またややこしくなった💦」 「覚えることが増える～，めんどくさい～」 「分類多すぎて心不全嫌い～」 と いる。そこで、心不全患者におけるSGLT2 阻害薬の適正使用を図るため、本Recommendationを発出した。心不全患者にSGLT2 阻害薬を使用する場合には、本Recommendationをもとに、心不全診療ガイドラインや、日本糖尿病学会 For those with HFpEF, the Task Force made no recommendations for the use of disease-modifying HFrEF therapies as clinical trials with angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACE-I), angiotensin receptor blockers (ARB), mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists (MRA), and angiotensin receptor-neprilysin inhibitors (ARNI) failed to meet their 25 Aug 2021.
